The systems, workflows, safety constraints, and privacy obligations shape what good work looks like from the first decision. This lab builds the practical foundation to understand clinical systems, improve care operations, and make responsible decisions with health data and AI.
This lab brings those pieces together. You will work through realistic, synthetic scenarios to understand how information moves between people and systems, where care operations break down, and how to make a defensible improvement.
